Renault Group Expands Employee Share Ownership Program in 2025
Renault Group has announced the fourth consecutive edition of its employee share ownership plan, "Renaulution Shareplan," reinforcing the company's commitment to an inclusive business model. As of December 31, 2024, employees collectively held 5.63% of Renault's share capital.
The 2025 program includes:
Distribution of 3 free shares to eligible employees across 30 countries
Opportunity for employees in 24 countries to purchase shares at a preferential price
30% discount on share purchases, with the reference price set at €44.76, bringing the employee purchase price to €31.34
For employees who choose to invest, Renault is offering an additional incentive: three free shares for the first share purchased. This means an employee investing €31.34 would receive a total of 7 shares (valued at €313.32 based on the reference price), representing a gross benefit of €281.98.
The subscription period runs from May 12 to May 30, 2025, with employee investments capped at 25% of their estimated gross annual salary for 2025.
This initiative aims to strengthen value sharing with employees and increase their involvement in the company's performance and long-term strategy, positioning employees as key drivers of Renault Group's continued success.
